Welcome to Audit Fox, a software-as-a-service platform ("Service") operated by RevX Inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Audit Fox, including all associated features, content, integrations (like HubSpot), and services.

By accessing or using Audit Fox, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

To use Audit Fox, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have authority to bind your organization (if signing up on behalf of a company)
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date account information

 

2. Account Registration

When creating an account:

  • You must use a valid email address and a secure password
  • You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
  • You are liable for all activities under your account

 

3. Use of the Service

You may use Audit Fox solely for lawful business purposes and in accordance with:

  • These Terms
  • HubSpot’s applicable API and data policies

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or modify the software
  • Use the Service to access, store, or distribute malicious or unlawful content
  • Misuse our system for competitive research, scraping, or high-volume data extraction

 

4. HubSpot Integration

By connecting Audit Fox to your HubSpot account:

  • You grant us read-only access to specific data required to conduct audits
  • We will never modify, delete, or insert records into your HubSpot portal
  • You may revoke this access at any time

Audit Fox only stores audit summaries and related metadata; raw HubSpot data is discarded after processing.

 

5. Beta Access (If Applicable)

If you're part of our Beta Program:

  • Features may be experimental or incomplete
  • We may collect feedback to improve functionality
  • Beta access is offered “as-is,” and may be suspended at any time

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and trademarks related to Audit Fox remain the sole property of RevX Inc. You may not use our trademarks without express written permission.

 

7. Fees & Subscriptions

If using a paid plan:

  • Fees, billing frequency, and plan limits are described on our pricing page
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice

Free-tier users will have access to a limited number of audits annually. Abuse of free access may result in suspension.

 

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • If required by law or HubSpot API compliance
  • At our discretion during the beta period

You may cancel your account at any time via your dashboard or by contacting us.

 

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Audit Fox is provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and uptime, we make no guarantees regarding:

  • Uninterrupted availability
  • Accuracy of audit findings
  • Fitness for a particular purpose

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the past 12 months

 

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevX Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from:

  • Your use of Audit Fox
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of HubSpot’s API policies or terms

 

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the updated version with the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

13. Governing Law
